I saw some really great houses today on my broker caravan...most with really amazing views!! First up is 1414 Eaton Terrace, a modern architectural with a warm Scandinavian vibe located in the most peaceful setting in Highland Park...

What do you think of the concrete wall as a design concept?? I kind of love it :)

It felt  like I was a million miles away from LA up here...

Then I went to check out this charming two bedroom + two bath bungalow at 5680 Baltimore Street, also in Highland Park...

I NEED this rug :)

Over in Mount Washington is this contemporary gem at 421 Beech Street that has a treehouse-like room plus a breathtaking multi-level backyard.

Then I went to see 1902 Walcott Way...a cozy and dreamy Traditional tucked away at the top of a mountain near Echo Park.

I absolutely fell in love with the complete privacy of the countryside atmosphere here...

You never know who you might run into on broker caravan day ;)

Then this modern three bedroom/three bath home at 2367 Teviot Street offers panoramic hillside views of the Silver Lake Reservoir...

Just down the block from Third Street Elementary School in Hancock Park is 148 S Las Palmas Avenue. I sold this property a few years ago, and the five bedroom + seven bath classic Mediterranean has had one spectacular restoration to say the least. Check out these before & after photos...

And here are a couple more shots of the stunning renovation...
